Appointments:
Pacific Oaks Medical Group is aware and concerned about your time. We do our best to keep our physician schedules on time.
We respectfully ask our patients to arrive a few minutes prior to their scheduled visit. This time will allow us to update your records and prepare your chart. If you find yourself running late, for whatever reason, please call and let us know the situation.
Our normal office visits, excluding Physical Exam and New Patient Visits, are scheduled every 15 minutes. To keep our schedules running on time we ask you limit your medical complaints and concerns to two problems. These 15 minute visits will allow comprehensive care of your concerns, while making sure you and others are seen on time.
If you feel you may need more time with your physician, we encourage you to request a longer appointment visit.
